To overcome this add www.clickandprintonline.com as well as 72.55.132.9 to your list of exceptions/allowed sites.

Windows
Internet Explorer:
Top Menu > Tools > Pop Up Blocker > Popup Blocker Settings >Input the sites listed above in the field then hit the add button.
Firefox:

Mac
